One day not so long ago, I got tired of using the same fonts I'd been
using day in and day out for the last few years on invitations and
cards...so I decided to start drawing my own letters.
These
letterpress cards are printed from lettering and a border that are both
hand drawn. "Thank you" is printed in bright, spring-y green ink, and
the border is in robin's egg blue.
Details
• The
lettering and border were drawn by hand, scanned and converted in to digital files from which photopolymer plates were made for printing.
• Then! Each card was letterpress printed by
hand on our Golding Official No. 4 press on 100% cotton pearl white
stock.
• Each card measures 5.5" wide x 4.25" high when folded and is blank inside.
• Cards are packaged with heavy kraft brown envelopes with rounded, pointed flaps and packaged in a clear plastic box.
